“sono già stato diverse volte sopite di questo hotel. comoda la sua posizione non dita molto dall'aeroporto quindi buono nel caso si arrivi a Pune la sera tardi e ottimo quando si tratta di lasciare la città velocemente. il resto dei servizi all'altezza della categoria e della catena di cui fa parte. buono il ristorante a buffet anche se dovrebbero ampliare la gamma piatti internazinali”

“We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both. Extra bed and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager. It's an hassle, seems...

“Camera sporca, asciugamani in bagno di pessima qualità, tappeto x doccia molto sporco. Leggero odore di fogna in bagno. Vetri esterni della camera sporchissimi. Servizio pessimo. Avvisato il responsabile della reception in merito al tappeto sporco della doccia ma non è successo nulla. Ho cenato e mi hanno chiesto il numero della camera. Ho fatto il chek-out e si sono dimenticati di farmi pagare la cena.”
