“We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. “Camera sporca, asciugamani in bagno di pessima qualità, tappeto x doccia molto sporco. Leggero odore di fogna in bagno. Vetri esterni della camera sporchissimi. Servizio pessimo. Avvisato il responsabile della reception in merito al tappeto sporco della doccia ma non è successo nulla. Ho cenato e mi hanno chiesto il numero della camera.
