“Camera sporca, asciugamani in bagno di pessima qualità, tappeto x doccia molto sporco. Leggero odore di fogna in bagno. Vetri esterni della camera sporchissimi. Servizio pessimo. Avvisato il responsabile della reception in merito al tappeto sporco della doccia ma non è successo nulla. Ho cenato e mi hanno chiesto il numero della camera. Ho fatto il chek-out e si sono dimenticati di farmi pagare la cena.”

“We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. “No issues with the room or the staff, they were fine. My problem was with the noise. The restaurant is central in the hotel, and there is an open space above it and the hallways to the rooms. The noise travels up and seems to be amplified by the acoustics. I could hear everything that took place 2 floors below me. ”
