“First thing I noticed when I entered our room was the towel on the bed, which was thread-bare. It was thin and just a tad better than a paper towel. I requested for a two-bed room when I reserved the room but when I got there, I was told that they can give me a two bed for only three nights of our four nights stay. Imagine packing up our things to transfer to another room. ”

Il fiore all’occhiello è il supporto totale nell’organizzazione delle attività: Visita ai templi ( con relativa colazione al sacco ) + visita alle cascate + gita in barca a Battambang + trasferimenti con il tuk tuk. Educazione e gentilezza hanno completato il tutto. ”

“Attenzione, prenotando si evince di una stanza grande con balcone, invece molte ne sono sprovviste, rubinetto e doccia non funzionavano bene, a volte arrivava solo acqua fredda. Colazione non molto varia e monotona. General manager persona molto gradevole e disponibilissima ma purtroppo non riesce a coprire le molte lacune della struttura anche se ristrutturata di recente. A paritá di prezzo ce ne sono di migliori. Servizio a bordo piscina caro rispetto agli standard del luogo.”
