“Every employee we encountered was friendly. No issues there. Valet was quick and easy, pricey as it was $52 for the night. Room was simple modern #703. Appeared to be in an old part of the building and so it was absolutely freezing in the hallways. We had our room set to 76 all night because it was so cold, heat wasn’t consistent at all. Very basic room. No microwave and no coffee machine which was very disappointing but didn’t mention on website that it had one. Did request a view of the city...

“Nice clean room but the lighting was too low. They need brighter lights in the room. Also we were informed there was a parking lot adjacent to the hotel but when we arrived there was no parking lot except a garage across the street. ”

Ero al secondo piano vicino alla sala colazione, mai sentito rumore di traffico in strada e nemmeno dalle stanze accanto. Wi fi ottimo. Di fronte al Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, a 10 minuti a piedi da Huntington Convention Center. Si trova vicino a numerosi ristoranti, alla stazione del treno Tower City...

“Hotel che necessita di una ristrutturazione urgente. Camere molto rumorose causa finestre non insonorizzate e posizione tra strade molto trafficate. Nessuna bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. Personale inadeguato e sgarbato. ”

“I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic. ”

“There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. ”
