Hotel con piscina a Pianure del Nord

“Quest'hotel è molto bello, nel cuore del parco dell'Arenal (l'unico). Le camera spaziose e compde, vista sul verde. Passeggiata di 2 ore inclusa, colazione inclusa e piscina anche. Il riatorante ha la vista sul volcan e si mangia bene. ”

“We loved the grounds and the thermal pools. We had our own pool and it was great. The food was good but pricey at the restaurant. The wait staff was just mediocre with one waiter who would roll his eyes when we asked to sit at a different table. He never smiled and had to be asked to get us things. We had one good server, named Denzel, that did a nice job. The safe was a bit of a challenge and we even managed to get locked out. Told the front desk and someone was there within 15 min to...

“menu incluso limitato ad una unica combinazione, vedi foto. Yogurt…a pagamento 10$. Menu ristorante con prezzi per un piatto da 40-50$ in su. Struttura poco mantenuta. Personale poco collaborativo e tante carenze per una struttura tra le più care della zona. Mancanza asciugami per la piscina, capsule caffè in camera, sapone in bagno, ecc…peccato perchè potrebbe essere una struttura wow”

“My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous.
