“Very nice, newer hotel with casino. The rooms are large and clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The casino was just ok, the games are modern yet some are difficult to use/understand.”

“When check in the room the sink was choked complained to staff they promised to address on return in the evening issue still not addressed sink was overflowing. Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help. After few hours the power was cut, no AC, no light, no elevators, no room phone service. Power was never restored till I left around 11.00. “It was a great hotel. With a lovely breakfast. Air conditioning was good accept while sleeping it seem to go up from where it was set prior to going to bed. I would of rated the stay higher if it wasn't for the technical issues they were having with the TV/cable, even being unable to use my debit card to pay for snacks at the front desks. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.”

“The beds were very hard the air conditioning wasn’t working . The bathroom had hair on the floor and there was poop or barf on the floor. I won’t be staying there again. I also found the prices were very high for what you got.”

“I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks.”

“Not the place you want to take your kids, or spouse or anyone for that matter. Pulled in, and multiple ppl standing outside all the motel rooms, with shopping carts, dirty everywhere, a pile of old disgusting mattresses, and plenty of questionable looking people. I did not feel safe to get out of the vehicle. “A decent place to put your head down”

“Our room was spacious and bright with excellent blackout curtains for night. Bed comfortable with bed linens and comforters that are fully washable (no worries who or what was previously on the bedspread 😉.) Room well maintained.
