Only thing is the quality of the toilet paper: it's was thin like silk paper but other than that the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature was fine, kitchenette very functional, premises were quiet, river access is nice and location is fantastic for Franconia Notch State Park activities.”

“We really enjoy coming to stay at Lumen because it’s tucked away in a quiet, wooded area with a beautiful pond and a river. The tiny cabins are always clean and beautiful with lots of windows and even a dog bed and bowl if you’re traveling with your pet. The only drawback this trip is that there was a wedding just on the other side of the trees from our cabin, so it would have been nice to know to expect that in advance.
