“The rooms were clean but the huge downfall was when I arrived to check in the staff let me know all the rooms on the first floor were taken it didn’t bother me until she told me that the elevators DON’T work! My poor husband I had to drag and LIFT EVERYTHING to the upstairs by the stair case provided. Upon booking it didn’t say that the elevators didn’t work etc because I would have never selected this hotel if it had stated that the elevators didn’t function. It didn’t really have the space I...

“Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there”
