“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”

“Everything was wonderful with our stay at this hotel. Next time my family comes to Indianapolis, will be staying there again. We also loved the Mexican restaurant next door, it was so convenient we just walked over there.”

“Room was clean, but dingy. Mattress and pillows left a lot to be desired. Room had one out light and one with a dim bulb which made the bathroom very dim. Phone was unplugged and staff was scarce so we needed to go back to the desk for items like towels.”
