“At check-in, the gentleman said I see you have a request for a first level room floor but there’s none available. I’m sorry. But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. The place stunk so bad of a high perfume me strong scent very toxic spelling you couldn’t get any fresh air. The air conditioner did work well so that kind of help with the air...

“Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”

“Room was very clean and well appointed. Gentleman at check-in was efficient, pleasant and helpful. Area was on a boil order and I was provided with additional bottled water. Located right off the expressway, which was convenient for my purposes. Several options for breakfast, although most did not look too appetizing and breakfast area could be cleaner and better lit (might help the food to seem more appetizing).”

“The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. ”

“Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there”
