“We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience.”

“They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed.”

“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”

“Listing isn't accurate. No poolside bar. Pool didnt have a gate around it and wasn't usable. Staff were not helpful and confrontational when we asked questions. Very unprofessional.”

“Well... they are renovating the whole thing. My room was very nice and quiet and clean. No elevator as its being installed to bring building up to code. It had a very... urban thug vibe when I pulled with a chickenhead prowling the lot. The driveway was very '87 Beirut with deep chugholes everywhere supposedly to be renovated also. For the price for one night and location to restaurants, it was okay. I'll give it a couple years before considering another stay.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. ”

“Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. When we arrived, the person checking us in gave us the pool hours and then once we settled into our room, we found out the pool was closed due to an issue from the day before and they offered us a pool at the hotel, Next Door not a very professional offer.
