“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. ”

“We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience.”

“Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. When we arrived, the person checking us in gave us the pool hours and then once we settled into our room, we found out the pool was closed due to an issue from the day before and they offered us a pool at the hotel, Next Door not a very professional offer. “Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”

“They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed.”

“The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room...
