“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”

“They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed.”

“We loved everything about our 2 night stay. We weren’t able to catch breakfast our first day because of a medical procedure. Got it the next day - it’s the only thing I’d stay away from for our next visit. I don’t enjoy my eggs slacking in water. Hotel was clean, our room was huge and we loved it. We were in a room on the side of 465 and never heard the traffic at night. Pool was nice and clean as well. Staff were friendly when we checked in and any time we walked past. Super close to...

“The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.”

“Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. “We needed a reasonable room for the night. If your used to Marriots/Hampton/Hilton this may not be for you. There is obvious areas of deferred maintenance but it was mainly cosmetic blemishes. The bed was Super Comfortable!!!”
