“Front desk agent was rude and disrespectful. I watched him treat everyone as if they were beneath him and it’s sad. He really needs to humble himself. Bestwestern used to be great, but idk who and why they’re hiring individuals that lack “hospitality” and common courtesy.”

“Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great for getting up and on the go with kids before tournaments. Would stay here again.”

“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”

“Besides 2 staff members, most of the team that helped me seemed unaware of the state of the property. My room had no AC for at least the first night I stayed; but it didn’t feel different till the last night. I had asked multiple times if the AC had been fixed and was given answers like “I’m not sure I just got here”, “It should be I think”, “That isn’t in my available information.” There were also parking fees and a restaurant fee that were undisclosed till my last day.
