“I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. “The positives: - Staff were Great - Microwave, Keurig and fridge in room - Great location - Breakfast was fine - Gym was average. 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals. “The hotel appears to be fairly new, which was promising at first. However, when we entered our room, the floor wasn’t very clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations.”

“Everything was great. I was a little nervous because it was so close to the interstate and the light rail, but I didn't hear anything. My only issues were how low the toilet was and the bed being a little uncomfortable. I have back problems so it gets amplified sometimes. Overall though, it was a nice enough stay and it was very convenient to my appointment the following day. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!”

“The hotel guest rooms are not very clean. I found a patch of hair in my bed. I love the location and the common area, but the rooms need a good scrubbing. I will not bee staying here again. Also it's great pets are allowed, however you can see the 3rd floor rug stains. Please shampoo those hall carpets. ”
