“La stanza è praticamente una cuccia per cani, è larga meno di due metri e lunga 3,5!!una parete è di roccia e non ci sono finestre apribili. La porta di accesso da su un retro con i condizionatori e non ci sono tende oscuranti. Pagata 95€ dovrebbero pagare loro per ospitare. Completamente fuori norma.”

“The room has an amazing view! They said you pay more on the place than on the food. So what i did is i got my breakfast there without in a hurry. And i enjoyed watching the sunset in my room but still enjoying the place..”

“Edi accommodated us in a very comfortable and quiet apartment next to the sea (but without sea view) and a few hundred of meters from the old city. It was a wonderful situation. Edi's suggestions about the places to visit were precious because of our shortest stay in Dubrovnik (only three days). I think we'll come back.”

“The property was extremely well kept. It was close enough to Old Town and in a great location. The contact was extremely responsive and provided great information that made accessing the property super easy.
The only complaint, if any, is that the bathroom is very tight. Not a real problem for us, however those that want a little more space may be a little disappointed with the bathroom.
Overall I give our stays 4.5/5 stars. ”

No complaints what so ever here, the team was prompt in responses. Would recommend staying here for the location. The stairs are not that bad up to the location. ”

“The location is the real highlight of this property. Don't actually think there is a residence closer to the Pile gate, the main gate into the old town. All the buses stop at this gate. Room is very nice - clean and functional and everything you need for a few days. Even the small sewing kit you get in hotels that was on the landing was a nice touch when my bag broke and we had to repair it! View from the windows in the triple room unbeatable. There IS noise from the road and the old town...

Logement très spacieux, lits confortable, deco design.
Petit bémol sur les volets, les accroches sont casées et il y a énormément de lumière très tôt dans la chambre du haut, idem pour le velux nous ne savions pas comment le fermer, et la porte de la terrasse ne s’ouvrait pas.
Sinon très bon logement, je le recommande.”
