The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. “Despite the conditions of the room being unclean, the woman who was working behind the counter, came and reviewed the room with us upon checkout. The shower had poor drainage, the hotel staff that cleans does a very poor job. We left a day early due to conditions even after being offered another room. False advertising of a complimentary breakfast.”

“Everything was spectacular. The view of the lake from the deck was breathtaking. We had a one night stay here and we couldn’t enjoy the activities due to the weather on that day but we were allowed to enjoy the kayaking swimming in the lake the nest day despite our stay was expired which was the best part for us. “Everyone at the front desk was so kind and very helpful no matter what time of the day it was. The kitchen people that were waiting on us in the morning taking care of all the guests, which was very crowded. They were very kind and there was different ones on different days so it was just really nice to hear a nice voice welcoming you in there breakfast was great each day. So thank you for everything. This is the second year. We stayed here and we plan on coming back.”

“The staff were all very nice and caring about your needs, especially the evening check in person and the wonderful woman in charge of the breakfast area. The rooms were not good we had to swap rooms after the first night because both beds were in bad shape with lumps that felt like hills that made us feel like we were going to roll off onto the floor. The second rooms bed were not much better. We were there for 6 nights and did not get a single cleaning. The fan in bathroom sounded like a jet...

“Pool slide was dirty and not working. Pool area could have been cleaned/ power washed. All rugs needed a good vacuuming. Outdoor light shined directly into our room. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and out. Great location. Lots of food/shops/attractions close by.”
