“The majority of the first floor is under construction. No access to most of the amenities. Front desk couldn't hear you because of construction noise. King room was only partially furnished. Management never responded to request for refund. ”

“Check in was originally at 3 pm and there were several of us who had to wait over 30 minutes for rooms to be cleaned. Hot and cold water were inverted in the shower so that was a real pain to figure out. Room was clean and comfortable and close to dining.”

“This place was Awesome and Unique. A quiet, Tranquil Cottage to relax and unwind. We had a Music Festival to go tonin Austin but didn't want to stay in the City. So We chose a place close enough to Town but far enough for Privacy and Solitude. This place was Perfect. Would recommend to Anyone and We will be back soon. ”
