Spaziosa casa di montagna

Casa spaziosa e un rifugio di montagna rilassante. Questa casa tranquilla e serena dista solo 2 minuti da Hwy 285 e si trova in posizione centrale da Denver al tuo parco giochi di montagna preferito. Ottimi ristoranti locali tra cui scegliere e negozi di alimentari a soli 10 minuti di distanza.

La nostra bella casa ti offre privacy, con ogni camera da letto con il proprio bagno. L'ufficio ha un divano letto con un mezzo bagno accanto ad esso in modo da poterlo usare come camera da letto opzionale. Il grande ponte avvolgente ti consente di goderti comodamente la fauna selvatica. I cervi adorano la nostra proprietà. Abbiamo un giovane soldo che fa il suo letto sotto il nostro ponte.

Oltre il bosco di pini c'è un prato con un flusso stagionale che la nostra proprietà supporta. Ogni camera è espansiva e può facilmente ospitare materassi ad aria extra per ulteriori persone per camera. L'ampia cucina semplifica la preparazione dei pasti. Forniamo tè e caffè gratuiti. La nostra speranza è che ti sentirai come questo è il tuo paradiso montano privato.

Aggiornamento: A causa di una richiesta popolare, ora abbiamo aggiornato la situazione dei letti in cui abbiamo convertito il letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale in un letto king size e convertito il materasso ad aria nell'area ufficio in un letto matrimoniale. Due letti full size sono stati aggiunti alla zona seminterrato. Abbiamo anche incluso più articoli da cucina.

We stayed in the house to celebrate New Year with friends and family. The house was ready to have us. Rooms were clean and decorated, kitchen fully equipped, games for the kids were available, thermostats were set to the right temperature, instructions were available, etc. Also, the view was amazing and interesting places were not far from the house. It was the best house we have ever rented. We were especially pleased by the hostess's care.

The property was amazing. Maya was very attentive answered all questions called to check in to see if everything was OK. I wished I could’ve met her. She seemed simply lovely. We all enjoyed everything. The place was stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper pots pans everything it really was an amazing experience. Everyone loved it

Beautiful house with lots of room!

My daughter got married at Mountain View Ranch with Wedgwood in August and this house was perfect for my whole family to stay at. The bridesmaids all got ready in the master bedroom which had plenty of room for 9 bridesmaids to get makeup and hair done before going over to the venue. We loved the back porch with the round tables and chairs, and the living room was large enough for our family of 14 to hang out in at night. Mia was very good at communicating with us. If I had a question I could call her and she always answered. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking with lots of spices and pots and pans and utensils. We used the grill on the deck each day as well. There is a high chair, a booster seat, a pack n play, and a crib. There was a table for 8 in the kitchen and another large table in the dining room as well. We were able to park 5 vehicles on the drive and parking area without blocking anyone in. The only thing we worried about was that the AC that was listed is not central air but two floor units in the living room and master bedroom. We came on an unusually hot day in August when it was in the 80’s so the house didn’t cool down till around 6 the first day. After that, the temperatures dropped to the 70s, so it wasn’t a problem. And the next 10 days showed that the temperatures would be in the 70s or 60s for the highs which was mid August. Opening the windows and using their fans in each room kept the house very comfortable.

Would stay again

We really liked the property. It worked for our family of 8 adults and 2 babies. Owner was responsive and helpful. House was incredibly clean though the cleaning fee was high when we was asked to strip beds, start laundry and dishwasher. The rug in front room does need replaced. A pet peeve of mine is the high end houses that have thin bath towels.Thanks to the owner who let us check in early.

Great Stay in Pine, Colorado.

Our family of 12 had a great four nights at the Spacious Mountain Home near Pine, Colorado. We arrived on a Monday and were immediately impressed with this home, especially the huge deck. We spent a lot of time on this deck enjoying the mountain scenery. The home has a fantastic kitchen which had all the necessary utensils, pans, dishes and silverware. One nice thing about this house was a second refrigerator which allowed us to store all the food we had brought. The bedrooms were all nice and the beds were comfortable. One unique feature of this house is a large waterfall fountain in the center of the home. The area provided our group some great hiking and biking trails. Highly recommend Mai's home in Colorado. Mai was very helpful in making our stay very successful.

Wonderful Stay

Great family vacation at a great location. Easy access to multiple state parks while also having convenient access to grocery stores, coffee houses and restaurants. Host was very receptive and responsive and even allowed us to check in early since the property was ready to go. House could use a little updating but was functional and comfortable for our group of 16. Definitely a positive experience.

Excellent Listing and Owner Communication

Family reunion of 15 people. House was large, had great amenities, well situated to numerous activities, and owner, Mai, was great on communication. We've been at a lot of different AirB&Bs and VRBOs and this one has been the best. I was very happy with Mai, the owner, and her consistency of communication. We will certainly give this home first choice for another reunion.

Catholic Retreat
