Hotel per fare shopping a Pine Island

“Room, staff and beach were terrific. Now to the negatives. The hotel charges $20 a day for guests to park which in itself is offensive. The general public (non guests) can park in the hotel parking lot as well for $20. So non guests pay the same amount to park as guests and take up parking spaces of paid guests. My first day there I sat in my car for over an hour waiting for a parking spot to open up. How does that make sense???? Hotel guests pay $11 per beach chair and umbrella. So 2 chairs...
