“No bed bugs the room was half decent lots of hair in tub and the front desk lady is so rude!!!! I would never stay there again after dealing with her. She is very condescending and rude!!! Questioned me if I was Canadian m, she could barely speak English, cause she never recognized inuvik nt as a place in Canada I paid she took a hold on my card and instead of releasing the hold she has charged my card. Rude and if it’s t when I phoned back talking to me like I was a child and did not know...

“The room which we had was recently remodeled, very clean and with a new air conditioner. We were able to run the fan at a low speed which blocked the traffic noise from the highway. We had good sleep!!”

“This was our second visit to this Motel, first one was not that good,but this time we where not let down,great friendly Staff,helpful, polite. The Place is quite,had a great sleep and totally relaxed, great place to go to with a good Budget for what you get. We will come again and tell others to go when staying in Red Deer.”

“The room we had the first night had no working AC, I think it was a known problem as I have never had a room with a fan in it before. I requested that afternoon that they fix the AC. The clerk said he would let them know. I requested again a couple hours later & received the same response. The next morning after a terribly hot night, we couldn't even open windows. I told them either fix it or change rooms for us. They upgraded us to a junior king suite that was soo nice and cool as the AC was...
