“Everything was as expected”

“Excellent new property. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of everything. Wood laminate flooring in the rooms vs gross carpeting , great storage and great lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazingly good and so was the staff. Good job with the design of new properties IHG. ”

“The real highlight of our stay was the wait staff in the outside dining area, particularly Jayden, Tyler, and Gabe. The property itself is nice. The room was wonderful with great oceanfront views, and it was very spacious. Our major disappointment was that there was no housekeeping at all during our four night stay. One more thing ot mention is that the air conditioning unit in the kitchen area was so loud that we absolutely had to close the bedroom door at night to sleep.”

“Hotel was in great condition. Common areas well maintained. Rooms, sheets, towels, are clean. Furniture well maintained. Tastefully decorated. Spacious. Close to several restaurants (outback is just steps away). Employee are attentive and polite. Overall, great place to stay.”

“Einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft, gute Betten mit sauberem Bettzeug, Klimaanlage (alle) ziemlich laut, dafür konnte man auf beiden Seiten der Zimmer jeweils Fenster öffnen (mit Fliegengittern) und damit lüften”

“The room was clean and spacious,but a little dark. The staff was kind and the breakfast ok. The location was also perfect.”

“This was supposedly a "non-smoking" room. Smelled more like Crack than tobac! Nice staff, meth heads hanging around stair wells all night every night. Our room was super hard to find, then for some reason the floor is crazy uneven! Like at a circus funhouse”

“We enjoyed using the pool and the variety of breakfast. Our room was small for 5, but comfy. Sofa bed was good. Very nice bathroom area. Small kitchen, but was useful for us. The windows were small and our view overlooked a building site, but we booked this accommodation as a base not for the view, so was ok.”

“The rooms were dated and the amenities limited, but the staff was wonderful and all of the beaches and restaurants of Boca Grande were nearby!”
