“I booked and paid through expedia. My husband arrived before i did. When I arrived i was suprised to see that we were in the wrong room. They had given us room 147. It was a room with a queen bed, no skirt around the bed, the one chair in the room was dirty, the padding had big stains on it. I immediately went down to the front desk to show them my receipt. “The gym was quite small as well as the pool. Additionally, somehow my door stop was engaged even though there was no one in my room. The front desk person kindly helped me gain access, but also seemed unsurprised, like this happens often? Just thought I would share as it was alarming to key into my room, but be barred from entering.”

“There was no breakfast we booked specifically for continental breakfast however there was no breakfast. We were told that they need to hire a chef for the weekend. Well this wasn’t disclosed when booking not upon arrival. Got up early in the morning to go down for breakfast only to be disappointed.”

“The elevator buttons were broken the entire stay had to phone to get staff to send elevator up any time you wanted to come down from floor. If someone used it which they did then it never came as you stood waiting with your luggage. The shower didn’t fully plug so it was very light. For the price there was no breakfast included but you can stay elsewhere with better quality for less or the same price that includes this. It was clean. Overall wouldn’t stay there again.
