“Views from the room, amazing! Cast a reel within feet of your back door. Launch your boat on property for free. My room #4, was cute and very tidy. The grounds were well maintained. Communication was clear and quick to respond. The ice machine was convenient and there was a washer and dryer available as well. We were super happy. Only 1 drawback, the beds were "just ok" as far as comfort goes. Not horrible by any means, just not great. I would 100% recommend a stay here and I would definitely...

“The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a nice view of the lake. There was a Murphy bed and foldout sofa. The Murphy bed was adequate but fairly hard. We weee there for the Arkansas Derby so the town was very full and neighbors were very noisy. I still would stay here again.”

“When we arrived at 11pm that night. Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude.
