Communication was clear and quick to respond. The ice machine was convenient and there was a washer and dryer available as well. We were super happy. Only 1 drawback, the beds were "just ok" as far as comfort goes. Not horrible by any means, just not great. I would 100% recommend a stay here and I would definitely...

“When we arrived at 11pm that night. Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. This is our second year staying at this hotel and I’m not sure if we’ll book again when we come back next year. the morning lady who also stocked the breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave our daughter some food to feed the turtles. “Great location. Pillows were pretty sad. Avoid rooms near the elevators on higher floors - noise from elevator motors was a problem.”

“The staff was friendly and the koi pond was super cool. However, our room only had 2 pillows, a thin woven blanket, and a sheet. The bed was also very uncomfortable and squeaky. The room was mostly clean but the shower curtain did have spots of black mold on it. The view was pretty but I don’t really feel like the room was worth the price we paid for it. We will be staying somewhere else next time we come to hot springs. ”
