“Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt outdated. Things only got worse when we went into the bedroom and found a massive stain on the bed. We immediately called the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the night. Instead of helping us properly, they sent security to leave a plastic bag with sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bring the correct sheets the first...

Our room was clean, but the beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. The soap was as dry as Ivory, and the tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner turned my hair into a mass of straw.
