“Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”

“The hotel as a facility was okay. When I asked about shows and activities they didn't tell me they hosted the Tony Rigatoni show and offered a 20% discount on the tickets. After I bought the tickets elsewhere and told them that I had specifically asked them about it, the desk person basically shrugged. The "free breakfast" was the most underwhelming I've ever seen over years of frequent travels. They gave us a buy one/get one coupon on check-in that we did not use when we met people who told...
