“Staff was great. Room was clean. I picked this hotel because of the balcony. However, I was disappointed with many things. 1) The decor. This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. The moment I walked into the lobby I felt a worn out 80’s vibe. My room had a picture of kittens on the wall. Walking out of my room there was a creepy doll picture staring at me. Whatever, I thought. I am only here to sleep. 2) Speaking of dolls. They are everywhere. They even sell them in the gift shop. 3) The bed....

“Sort of run down. When we checked into our room, we noticed that a 5"x6" hole was ripped out of the carpet in the center of the room next to the hot tub. After looking closer at the hole, the carpet nail strip was exposed with the nails bent sideways, still exposing a danger if stepped on. We checked out of the room without even staying there. No refund. Won't be back.”

“Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”

“Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Location is great as well.”

“Beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was mediocre. The biscuits were hard and gravy pretty thick. Everything else was hot. Great variety!”
