“Esperienza poco piacevole iniziando dal check-in durato un’ora per un loro problema interno di comunicazione di dati tra Expedia e la struttura. Nell’ora di attesa per il trasferimento di dati non ci è stata data la possibilità di usufruire della nostra stanza (anticipatamente pagata).
Non si sono scusati e nulla è stato fatto per rendere il tempo di attesa indicibile più piacevole.
Camera nella media.
Sinceramente dato l’alto numero di strutture in zona non ci ritornerei. ”

“To their credit, the staff was helpful and got us a new room, but we still had to get a new room as soon as we arrived. The sheets were covered in dirt and stains; though things were tidied up, the place itself is worn down, and rugged. For the three nights we spent, it did its job when it comes to providing us a place to sleep, but other than that, it was very okay. It would not be our first choice if we came back to Arroyo Grande, probably not even on the roster. If you can afford another...

“Piccolo Inn americano a gestione famigliare, accogliente ma con spazi tutti ridottissimi.
Camera carina ma un po’ piccola x4 bagno mignon con vasca doccia. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare ma meglio della media dei due stelle americani. Nota negativa la tenda della doccia molto sporca e ammuffita e l’acqua della doccia che scende lentissima. ”

“Everything was great!! I give it a 4/5 stars cause the rooms are just a bit stuffy/hot. No matter how much you play with the thermostat the temperature feels warm. Staff was amazing! Everything is SUPER clean and organized! The hot tub was perfect! Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Parking was great, right by our door, no fees, no valet, so easy. Room was clean and housekeeper even left a note, (Maria, I believe).
