“I stayed at the Ramada the night before. I had two lights that wouldn't work, the remote had the batteries in backwards so i had to fix that and a toilet that leaked water on the floor. Then I went to four points and it was like entering a new room. It was clean, the carpet looked new. I had the fitness room to myself each time I exercised, which was nice. “Room was nice. Very clean but the noisiest room I've ever been in. The fan was so loud. I had to put a pillow over my head to try to drown out some of the noise to sleep. Other than that, the room was fine, although I didn't really appreciate the coded doors”

“The room was very confortable and there were even barn doors that closed the sleeping section, so that the rest of the room was like a living room / work area. The parking was very pricey and there was no place to charge an electric car at the hotel. Staff was nice, but did not know where we could charge the car nearby. They should be more informed. The breakfast was not very good. We stayed two nights, so I tried different things. Bagels, muffins, croissants were not fresh. Coffee was just ok....

“This hotel is amazing. The hard rock theme is throughout the hotel. Also want to add the hotel is even more impressive in person- the lobby, bar, gym, pool and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the stay for a family of 5. Stayed in the family suite. 10/10 hotel looking forward to more stays. The factory, club house bowling and shaw’s ice cream and convience of having everything under the historic kellogg factory is a must go to staycation. Enjoy your stay”
