“Had breakfast in the restaurant ( potatoes were over seasoned - ordered à la cart not buffet ) and dinner in the bar area. Food and service was good ”

“The room was clean and check-in was quick and easy. The only complaint was more about other guests during our stay. A lot of kids sports teams were staying the same night as my wife and I and there was a lot of running up and down the halls screaming. Also there was a basketball court outside close to our room and a large number of kids were playing late into the night, also screaming and yelling. I totally get it, but we were there to have a quiet night away.”

“5 huge pot holes when you first pull in. Looked like they just slapped some paint in the halls and called it a day. Went to pull out the couch bed for my Children and the mattress was upside down absolutely no sheets on it. Stained all over the bed. AND looked like poop or something stuck on the mattress. (Family room) My mom was down the hallway in a different room. And there was a COCKROACH crawling on the desk. Will never book there again ”

“the internet did not work, the TV did not work, there was stains on bedding and towels. Mold on one of the beds, Constructions outside disruptive all day,”

“Quaint, clean property with easy parking, and cozy, wood-paneled dining room. We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. Did not have time to try the spa services, so can't comment there, but maybe next time. Would...

“Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our toilet flooded right after check-in and staff responded quickly and professionally to address the situation. Room was clean, well maintained and great for any length of stay for business or pleasure. Breakfast had excellent variety and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you ”
