The room itself was not well maintained — there were visible cigarette burns on the comforter, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. “The checkin process is a mess and ended up assigning the same room to 2 different people. My luggage was thrown out in the corridor by another guest. I want a refund, please avoid this property at any cost”
