《 NO PARTIES》 ➤ Providing deceptive information about unit usage incurs a $500.00 surcharge. Maintain transparency. Guests engaging in party activities will be asked to leave immediately, with no refunds.
《 KEYS & FOBS 》 ➤ Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $100 for keys and $150 for fobs. Please return keys and fobs to the lockbox upon check-out. Failure to return them will incur replacement fees. Ensure the lockbox is securely closed.
《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 ➤ The security camera on the outer door frame must not be removed or disabled. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. The camera records activity outside the unit only.
《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 ➤ All guests must be registered for liability purposes. An additional charge of $250.00 per undeclared guest per night applies. Cleaning and inventory are tailored to registered guest counts.
《 PETS 》 ➤ Pet`s photo and vax record are required. An additional $100 (USD) cleaning fee is required due to additional work for the cleaning crew. Breed restrictions apply. Pets must be registered prior to check-in. Evidence of pets unregistered pets will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.
《 PET ETIQUETTE》 ➤ Pet rules must be respected. Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation canceled without refund.
《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》 ➤ Guests wishing to prolong their stay are encouraged to do so, pending availability. Please be aware that a minimum 48-hour notice is required prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. ➤ Extension requests made between 24-48 hours before checkout time will incur an additional 50% cleaning fee to accommodate rescheduling of cleaners. ➤ Extension requests made less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. ➤ Kindly note that all supplementary fees must be settled prior to confirming an extension.
《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 ➤ Check-out times are strictly enforced unless arranged and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid disruption to upcoming reservations. Guests who fail to check out by 11:00 AM will be charged a $50.00/hr late checkout fee, as our cleaning team operates on a tight schedule. ➤ Unauthorized Late Checkout: Staying past the scheduled check-out time without prior approval will result in a $50/hour penalty.
