“The hotel was not clean; that walls, the floors, the bedside tables, ect. The hot tub? Does not exist. We asked for extra towels at different times of day, and there was nothing. Also sketchy area.”

“Bugs ( not bed bugs but still gross) in our bed. Nothing was restocked in the bathroom. Floors felt wet. Beeping noise went off the entire time we were there. Hot tub was not usable. Broken drain covers in the toddler pool making it unsafe. No toilet paper in the second room I rented. Staff didn’t seem to be concerned or believe any of the issues. ”

“Breakfast was lacking. At 3pm check in there wasn't a room clean yet. The receptionist was excellent. ”

“This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Very clean. Rooms were wonderful. Property was excellent. Great area to walk. The bed was so comfortable. So quiet and breakfast was great. Will stay here again. ”
