“Great Hotel for the price”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “The location to DTW airport was great, but the room wasn't very well kept up. The bathroom tub was filthy, and the bottom of the shower curtain looked like it was never washed. Free breakfast consisted of coffee.”

“It seems that this property has been recently renovated as everything was in top condition. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The room was also very quiet. The area has a large mall nearby and plenty of choices for restaurants. A great place to stay!”
