Hotel vicino a Lake Forest Golf Club - Ann Arbor

“I specifically paid for and reserved a room that had a bedroom with a door because my husband likes to stay up until two and I had a 5 AM call that I had to get on for work when we checked in the room did not have a door on it and when I called the desk, all she said was oh I’m really sorry but we were overbooked and you got bumped not acceptable in my opinion!! ”

“Furniture was run down. Toilet made a loud screeching noise after being flushed. Walls in hallways and elevator were filthy and there was a cockroach on the wall.”

“Our room was not ready two hours after check-in and we were trying to get ready to go to a concert! Staff was unwilling to help and said that we needed to use the washroom to change and check in at 2 AM when we got home from the concert instead! We paid $1000 for this room!! Then they charged double the price for a pint of ice cream when we got home and didn’t tell us what time breakfast was available so we missed! The hotel was clean and relatively new but an awkward distance from the concert...
