“Great staff ”

“The hotel was new. The rooms and hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The parking area was safe. Our issue was that there was 1-2 inch gap between our hotel room and the joining room next door which made the volume a bit much. We asked to swich rooms but the hotel was completely sold out due to the Michigan basketball teams parade. This door and others like it need to be fixed. Otherwise a great hotel for the price. ”

“Breakfast was fresh but pretty basic. Simple continental with bagels muffins, cereal, yogurt coffee and juices. There were shoos and restaurants with close proximity. Not far from down town with many food and shopping options.”

“The restaurant area was very nice, and I had a wonderful dinner. The waitstaff was excellent and friendly. My room was also a terrific value for such nice amenities. I will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Staff were fine, they let us check in early the first night, which was nice. The room was pretty clean, minus some weird stains around the bathroom (hair dye? Lipstick? Idk). The toilet plug had problems Sealing- had to jiggle it or it would keep running. None of that was a big deal for me. Check in/out was smooth, room was pretty clean, which was all we really needed. Great value from that perspective. The only real downside was that the door didn't seal - there was noticeable light coming...

“Easy parking”

“Nice hotel located walking distance from many restaurants and cafes, just know that if you have a car and are staying a few days it can get expensive since the valet is $40 per day. Otherwise you can park in another location and it costs per hour which end up being something similar. Other than that the hotel is nice and staff is quite friendly.”

“Buona struttura, confortevole e comoda. Personale alla reception poco professionale e svogliato: invece di stare al desk è "spaparazzato" sul divano a guardare video al cellulare. Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“Hair dryer handle was sticky and either the dryer or outlet didn’t work. Breakfast facility was excellent. ”

“Billy at the front desk was especially helpful at check-in. Friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable!”

“We had a wonderful three night stay however the one day we were out all day, our room did not get cleaned. We did have the Do Not Disturb sign on until about 9am but then were out all day and hoped to have fresh towels and toilet paper when we returned. My husband was able to go to the front desk though and bring back towels and toilet paper. Loved the chocolate chip cookies we were given on arrival”
