“Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Busy intersection to get into the hotel parking lot. Room was clean but could tell the bathroom floor was not washed. One of the lamps needed a new lightbulb, and the switch by the large mirror in the entry did not seem to turn anything on or off. It was a little cramped in size, especially the bathroom.”

“I enjoyed my stay, the room looked nice and clean. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. I asked the front desk person this and this was taken care of. The staff were excelent in helping me and were very professional. A gym is on the first floor but I did not use this. “Stayed 2 nights here. Likes: friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was decent, snack bar was good. Dislikes: room wasn’t cleaned after 1st night, had to ask for clean towels, had to ask for linens for pull out bed, suite was small, hand soap (pump) was mounted too tall for our daughter and requested bar soap. Our stay was just “meh” and likely would not stay here again.”

“This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. I think the upkeep was the biggest problem making it look less clean.
