“This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. “I enjoyed my stay, the room looked nice and clean. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. I asked the front desk person this and this was taken care of. The staff were excelent in helping me and were very professional. A gym is on the first floor but I did not use this. They also have a breakfast area that you pay for which opens at 7:00 AM. The price is $17.99 plus tax making this $19.07 as of May of 26. I...

“Stayed 2 nights here. Likes: friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was decent, snack bar was good. Dislikes: room wasn’t cleaned after 1st night, had to ask for clean towels, had to ask for linens for pull out bed, suite was small, hand soap (pump) was mounted too tall for our daughter and requested bar soap. Our stay was just “meh” and likely would not stay here again.”

“It seems that this property has been recently renovated as everything was in top condition. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The room was also very quiet. The area has a large mall nearby and plenty of choices for restaurants. A great place to stay!”

“The room was small, but efficient. Ok for a quick stay. Shared kitchen and living room would be great for a group of people to stay for a frw days.”

“Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here.”
