“Helpful staff at front desk. Aware of potential smell at reception area but staff sprayed freshener. Pictures on website look newer than actual property, but generally clean and quiet still. Did not get to try their breakfast.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
