Sii nostro ospite in questa splendida villa moderna con vista sull'oceano a soli 75 piedi dal mare nella splendida Belize! Swan Villas è uno splendido nuovo sviluppo sulla penisola di Placencia e la costruzione di questa proprietà sull'oceano è appena stata completata.

Questo splendido rifugio comprende tre unità separate, che includono un'unità con due camere da letto e due monolocali privati separati, che comprende un totale di quattro bagni, due balconi, un patio, quattro letti e spazio per un massimo di otto ospiti. Puoi anche affittare ogni unità singolarmente se lo desideri.

La suite appartamento al primo piano è composta da due camere da letto e due bagni. Ogni camera ha un bellissimo letto king size rotondo. Questa suite comprende una cucina completa, una confortevole zona soggiorno per socializzare come un grande gruppo e un delizioso portico ombreggiato. Al piano superiore sono due monolocali separati, ciascuno con letti king size rotondi, angolo cottura e ampie terrazze con vista sugli splendidi giardini e sulla laguna.

Questa villa moderna è il luogo perfetto per un gruppo di vacanzieri che vogliono viaggiare insieme ma ancora godere di un po 'di privacy in più. Ogni unità ha il proprio ingresso privato e spazio abitativo, quindi questo è l'ideale per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici che apprezzano un po 'di separazione in più. L'intera struttura dispone di aria condizionata e ogni unità comprende lussuose vasche con idromassaggio con sistemi di aromaterapia e cromoterapia e TV per i momenti in cui si desidera semplicemente sedersi e rilassarsi.

I giardini della Swan Villa includono una splendida piscina a sfioro, l'accesso diretto alla laguna e un facile accesso a una tranquilla spiaggia pubblica a soli 75 metri da casa tua!

Truely remarkable

This house was more than I imagined. Nicely decorated and the home included all the cook utensil that you would need. My party was pleasantly surprised with all of amenities that the property included. The on site restaurant/pool area was gorgeous, and the food was delicous. I will stay there again.

What a chapter of an accommodation stand out views!

This house is full of chatter and charm! The view is wonderful, the pool divine and the manger was great! The house has some funny things with lights and fans that don’t always seem to work but we loved our stay!

Great Value!

The rooms were unique and cozy. The pool was clean and enough amenities were available. The only issue we had was that the stove doesn't work well so we ended up just doing takeout the entire stay. Aside from that, it was a great stay!

Family Trip

This house is lovely and updated. Management is on top of all our needs and very helpful in making decisions on trips from the house. The pool was super especially with small children along and the beach is conveniently close. We rented the entire house and all the air conditioners worked perfectly. Modern laundry equipment. Beautiful views from all the rooms. Well worth the money to rent this house.

Beauty without comfort

This property is absolutely stunning in appearance and the location great, but its furnishings lack comfort with ill fitting foam padding cushions covering cement shelves. The kitchen floor plan is awkward and very tiny; one person at a time can access the sink, fridge or dishwasher. However, the biggest problem was the when the plumbing went kaput the 2 plumbers in our group had a look a the issue and discovered that the potential for carbon monoxide poisoning was very high. When showing the owner this, she brushed it off and said "that's how it is done here". There were problems with scorpions in our rooms, so if you go the washroom at night, beware. Also, the property was under construction so the noise during the day was awful. The work crews were courteous and respectful though. The Belizian and Guatemalan people are amazing. I would not recommend this property for any long stays because of comfort and would not advise staying until the issue with the plumbing is fixed and construction is completed.

Great week at Swan Villas

The architecture of the Villas is so unique and beautiful. The view from the house ( especially from the upstairs balconies) is breathtaking. We were surprised by the quality of the food in the restaurants we tried. All the activities we chose were very well organized and enjoyable.

This is probably the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The house is so beautiful and has such unique architecture and furnishing. The pool is amazing and overlooks a beautiful lagoon. The beach is a short walk across the street. We had a large group so we rented the entire villa but it should be noted that if you only rent 1 room you will have a shared kitchen with other guests. The aerial layout makes it look like there are other villas on the property but at this time this is the only completed one so we had the entire property and pool to ourselves. There are open air areas in the house so there is the potential for rain/bugs getting in some places, not an issue for us but may be for others. The owner was very helpful and made lots of good suggestions of things to do in the area. Overall, would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Awesome property!

Just returned from two weeks in Ocean Villa (Jan. 2016). The two reviews I read were spot on! Beautiful, unique home. We rented the whole house for our family, 8 adults and a 4 month old. Each couple had their own huge bedroom and that gave us all some privacy when we wanted. Our host, Rudy, was the best, giving us great advice on where to shop, eat and things to do. If there were any questions, or we ran out of something, all I had to do was sent him an email and he responded very quickly. Before we went I had a few questions so I emailed Rudy and he replied within the hour. We did have some problems with sandflies but there is this amazing "Jungle Salve" you can get at the Placencia Pharmacy and it works wonders at taking the itching away. Eventually we got smart and put the chairs in the pool. There were sandflies in other places so just remember the bug spray. We really had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Swan Villa's. Rudy and Montse are the best!

Modern living in paradise!

We recently traveled to Placencia with a group of seven and couldn't have found a better place to stay for our visit. Swan Villas was the perfect folllow-up to our preceding days in the jungle. Rudy and Montse, the villa owners, were absolutely wonderful hosts offering assistance as needed but leaving us in private at the villa, as if it were our own home. On day one, Rudy led us on a bike tour to Placencia and offered great insight in to the surrounding area. He even arranged for additional bikes for our group. He rightfully takes great pride in the property itself and his attention to detail makes for a very comfortable stay. Throughout our visit he was always available to help with tour arrangements or recommendations on what to do in town. The contemporary architecture is complete with all the amenities of home in a very unique setting + an amazing pool looking out over the lagoon. The rooms are comfortable and clean including the common area kitchen which we made use of for breakfasts and lunches. Swan Villas is a great place for small groups looking to travel together or for families needing individual rooms for everyone. We will all be looking forward to seeing the development continue to grow and will forever remember our stay there. Hoping to return again someday soon! Thank you Rudy!

Swan Villas Beyond Amazing

If it wasn't for Vacasa rentals I would've never found this place. Vacasa provided me with all the information I needed from rental directions to nearby places to visit. The Swan Villas was beyond our expectations. We were blown away by the architecture and breathtaking view of the water. I rented the entire place for 3 nights and brought a group of 10 people. Rudy the owner, was very accommodating and helpful with everything we needed. He also provided us with blow up beds for our extra guest. I am already considering renting this place again next year. My guest were all comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there.
