“There was a lot of hair in the shower. It looked like it wasn’t even cleaned, and there was cracks on the floor. You could see right through the floor.”

“The front staff was very helpful & went above and beyond. ”

“The room itself was in good condition, and we stayed for two nights. However, after the first night, the staff did not clean the room, make the bed, replace the towels, or restock the water and coffee. We returned late in the evening and had to go down to the reception at 9 p.m. to report all of this.”

“I wasn’t thrilled to find that the bathroom window wasn’t shut all the way when we arrived - it seemed to have been propped open by a stretch of toilet paper, strategically placed to where the window wouldn’t lock. If I weren’t neurotic about securing my hotel rooms, I wouldn’t have even noticed. Room was clean enough, although dated. The AC worked well. The bed was super uncomfortable (old spring mattress) and I ended up taking the comforter off entirely because it was scratchy and...

“Parking was easy. Area seemed pretty safe, probably because of the CHP building right next door. Several restaurants within walking distance. Check in/out was quick and easy. ”

“The room itself was fine. Comfortable. The area is rundown and lots of homeless and squaters. ”

“The room next door was so loud that we could hear them clearly. There is no hair dryer.”

“The room was clean and everything that I needed was there. We had gotten a room for disabled, but it was only an extra large bathroom to accommodate a wheel chair. When I asked if I could get a room with a walk-in shower, they said it would be available on Sunday. I had it from that Sunday to Tues. ”
