“The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. If we had known the truth on day one we would of moved to another location. Although they did give us additional points the...

“Property was old, carpets stained, elevators would not line up properly with floors, Needs updating/remodeling. We stayed on third floor, traffic side of I-35. Pretty noisy. If I stayed there again, I would try for a room away from the I-35 traffic side.”

“Water heater wasn’t working properly. The elevator got stuck.”

“I tried to do early check in but no rooms were available. I left and came back to check in around 2:30. The ice machine and men’s restroom were unavailable. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice.”

“I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place.”

“Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great.”
