“This is the second time that we stay there and it’s an incredible hidden gem”

“There was a spot on the floor and on the chair. The toilet kept running so I did not feel safe flushing it. The front desk guys were unprofessional (they did not give me the spiel about the WiFi code). The ad also indicated vegetarian breakfast when there was none. You definitely need a car because nothing around there is walkable.”

“Breakfast was nice. Clean facilities. Ease of access to kalahari and the freeway. ”

“My room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of hair in the shower, the bed sheets had a big huge yellow stain (looked like pee), there was a crack in the window which didn’t allow the room to cool well, and it just didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever. I won’t book again sorry. And plus there was police outside arresting someone not once but twice. ”

“The room was in bad condition when we got there, they had left the window open so when we got there the windowsill and floor were wet. The entire building has a horrible smell. Abigail i think is her name, who works night shift front desk, is probably the rudest, most unprofessional, and vile person we met during our 4 days in TX. Southern hospitality does not exist at this location. Not to mention for some reason the toilet wasnt flushing, so we thought it was clogged, asked her for a plunger...

“The hotel was little outdated they definitely need new carpet the bed was little stiff and the pillows were not great at all but other then that it was decent room and quiet if you get the 3rd floor. The staff was super nice and very helpful whatever you need. ”

“Easy checkin and checkout. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and more spacious than other Alofts. I was able to checkin early. The lobby area was showing wear. Fabric on couch was stained and needs update. Bar service available at sister property adjacent to Aloft when I returned around 10:30pm.. No self service bar area. Parking was fine.”
