Completamente rinnovato e ridecorato nell'autunno 2017. Questa lussuosa casa a due piani a Playa del Carmen si trova nella comunità privata recintata di Playacar Fase 1. A soli 55 passi dalla spiaggia ea soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla città e dalla famosa Fifth Street o dal traghetto per Cozumel. Internet wireless ad alta velocità, sistema di altoparlanti SONOS.

Gli alloggi nella casa sono "chiavi in mano" (devi solo presentarti); cameriera per lavare i piatti, cameriera per lavare i vestiti, direttore di casa per fare commissioni. Casa Blanca ha una grande piscina privata e una terrazza sul tetto con vista sull'oceano. Le 4 camere da letto sono ampie e confortevoli, così come i bagni da quattro e mezzo (Totalmente ristrutturato nel 2016). Avrai i comfort di casa con i scintillanti Caraibi blu a pochi passi. Dormi di notte con il suono dell'oceano o goditi l'aria condizionata in OGNI stanza con controlli separati. Goditi i panorami e le luci notturne dell'isola di Cozumel dagli enormi ponti e piscina sul tetto. Cucina gourmet. Tutti i ripiani in granito. La più bella casa in affitto a Playa Car Fase 1. Servizio di pulizia completo dal lunedì al sabato.

La cameriera farà anche il bucato per te ogni giorno se vuoi. We had an incredibly special vacation at Casa Blanca. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for actual living - not just sleeping between outings. Every room felt intentional and perfectly appointed to meet our needs.Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite and two of the bedrooms have additional sleeping options (a sofa and a futon). We enjoyed the various indoor and outdoor living spaces and particularly liked that there was enough space to relax and unwind without feeling we were on top of each other.The location was perfect for our family. 20 seconds walk to the beach, 15mins into the downtown area. We loved having a swim in the pool after a day at the beach and we were hugely grateful for all the beach and pool toys and furniture. Our house host (Ivonne) was incredibly helpful and so responsive before and throughout our whole stay. She made everything at the house (and for the adventures we took) so smooth and stress-free. Casa Blanca delivers. We left already talking about when we can come back.

WOW!! Seriously, the pictures are nice, but seeing the property in person blew us away. The staff were amazing, we were greeted by everyone when we arrived, and the coordination by the house manager, Ivonne, was five stars. She arranged our transportation, meals, and groceries along with a birthday cake and decoration. Daily check-ins to make sure everything is okay and to see if there's anything we need. Our meals were prepared every day, and the house was cleaned daily, which is so refreshing after a long day out on the beach. If you're looking to get pampered, this is the vacation home for you. The ride to the airport was quiet, as my group was a little sad to be leaving—one of the best vacations we’ve had. Thank you to Clint and his amazing team for making my wife's 50th birthday week so memorable. We’ll see you soon.

We felt incredibly comfortable from the very first moment. The house was spotless, well maintained, and beautifully decorated – you can really tell everything is done with care and heart.A big thank-you to the amazing team: Mirna cleaned everything perfectly, Carlos kept the pool in top condition, and Gibran was always available when needed. Ivonne was absolutely fantastic – always reachable, incredibly friendly, and she handled everything quickly and with a smile. Quality furnishings, and comfortable linens and beds One of the things that made our stay, the easiest was all the recommendations we received from Ivonne. Having a concierge with her level of experience made planning for our ladies trip so much easier.We had Maria cook for us two nights and we can’t say enough good things about her skill level, presentation and what a lovely person!So close to the ocean that we could walk down in our pajamas and take pictures of the sunrise. Beautiful home! The house is cozy and it is nice and cool in all rooms, even common areas which is not typical for homes by the beach. Ivonne was a great host and very responsive. She even met us at the house to show us around. The home was very clean and even had cleaning service daily. We were able to pre-order groceries which was nice to not have to do when we arrived. The only downfall, but not the biggest deal for us was the sargasso. But it’s everywhere in playa so not much anyone can do about that. We enjoyed the pool instead. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We would definitely recommend!

Wonderful home with plenty of room for 5 adults : enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to 5th Avenue . The beach area was small and too much sargassum to enjoy the beach / ocean . Maid was great and the hired chef Maria’s was superior!

Lovely Home

The house is really lovely and is exactly as described. Everything is in working order and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, pots and pans and gadgets that you could possibly need to cook some gourmet meals! We loved have the Ninja blender to make our morning smoothies. The house Manager, Ivonne was lovely, friendly and responsive to all of our questions. The daily maid service was a welcome addition. Definitely the top home rental experience that we have ever had. There are a couple of things that I want to share to help others plan a wonderful vacation so they are not disappointed like I was: 1) The beach no longer looks like in the photos. It is a very small beach full of sargassum, unfortunately. This is the case in the whole area but the top resorts clear their beaches regularly. Ivonne said that Playacar cleans it in the morning but we have never seen it cleared. This was my primary disappointment as the location near the beach was a big draw and the only reason that I paid so much for a rental. See updated photo. 2) The pool is very lovely and is kept in top condition. Unfortunately, on the two days that we stayed at the house to relax by the pool, it was so noisy that I couldn't even hear my audiobook. There is a ton of foot traffic, mopeds, cars, delivery trucks and a lot of other noise. 3) While the house is tucked in a nice neighborhood, the town is crowded and unattractive. Don't go here if you want a relaxing resort type of vacay.

Just as Posted on Vrbo, the house was few steps away from the beach, great location, short walk to 5th Ave and all restaurants. The staff was great and very accommodating. The best was dealing with Ivone the property manager, she was amazing and made sure to make our stay a true pleasure.

Casa on beach

Had a wonderful stay at casa Blanca. House was clean, plenty of space with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Location to beach is phenomenal- it’s not directly on beach but a 30 yard walk to the beach. It was great being able to go from the house to beach throughout the day and not have it be a project to do so. Pool in the yard is also a big bonus. It’s almost better to be just off the beach as there is.more privacy and quiet (beach is public). 10 minute walk to Playacar outdoor mall and 15 -20 minute walk to the nicer part of fifth avenue playa delCarmen. Ivonne was fabulous at organizing and helping get excursions set up, transportation etc. she went above and beyond helping us with a car rental issue. Ninga is super nice and super quiet - many times she was cleaning the house and I had no idea she was there. The house was immaculate and well kept. We had breakfast made in house by las marias everyday which was well worth it - ver fair price and phenomenal food. Have stayed at many vacation vrbos and this was one of the best

Beautiful home away from home

We took our family to Casa Blanca over Christmas and it was such a wonderful experience. The home was perfect for our family. Ivonne helped us with transport, reservations and helping our family secure a piñata for a Mexican Christmas. Our home was cleaned daily and looked perfect when we returned from playing at the beach. We would definitely book Casa Blanca again!!!

You won't regret staying here!!

This property is everything it says it is. The location couldn't be better. It's so close to the beach yet not right on the sand. We had a wide range of ages and everyone loved it. We especially enjoyed the option of having someone cook for us---we selected the meals we preferred and were never disappointed. The property was well-maintained and someone cleaned daily. Don't hesitate to book this property!!!

Amazing Trip!

We had a wonderful 40th birthday celebration at this property! The home is beautiful, literally 50 steps to the beach! Safe neighborhood and beach really wasn’t too busy, because of the location! The staff was lovely and so very helpful! We will definitely be going back!

Nice Villa, well worth it

The house is great, spacious and well equipped. Love the location, the town is only a 10 minute walk and the private beach is a few steps from the house. Nice size pool for kids and adults. The house is located in a gated community, so there aren’t random people walking thru or random traffic, which is nice. Great staff, they cleaned every day. We splurged and had a meal prepared for dinner the night we arrived, and then breakfast the next morning. Both were excellent and very convenient. Concierge was very helpful with planing our day trips or just even where to go eat in town. And in general, the communication was very effective throughout. House is hurricane proof for sure, we felt completely safe and comfortable during Hurricane Beryl! Overall, this is a great place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Wonderful week!

Casa Blanca is a lovely home; my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week! While we did have a few unexpected hiccups (some plumbing issues and spotty internet/TV), Ivonne, Mirna, and Filis were incredibly responsive to our needs, and did everything they could to mitigate the issues. The three of them are top-notch, and receive A+'s across the board, and so does Teresa, our chef for the first couple of nights. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone thinking of renting it!

Amazing Property

We stayed at this property from January 24 - Feb 10, 2024. The thought and consideration for guests in this home was amazing, we have stayed in many VRBO units and this was by far the best. The house staff were amazing, always there to answer questions and assist where needed, the host was very responsive and fun, she gave us amazing insights about the area. The house seemed to have everything we needed and beyond, the location was perfect, close to the beach and also close to 5th avenue, but very quiet at night, loved loved, loved this property and feeling grateful to have stayed here. We were having a celebration with family and friends for our retirement and this property was an wonderful place to do it! So much fun, thank you, thank you thank you!

The picture was a little deceiving but great stay!

The profile picture looked like the property was more isolated when it was actually on a main street with a lot of foot traffic going by to the beach. The staff was great and the house is really nice and clean. Always felt very safe in this gated community with constant security patrolling the neighborhood. A short walk to 5th avenue with all ths bars, restaurants, and shopping.
