The Penthouse occupies the entire upper floor of Casa Chanty and is a completely private and self-contained residence accommodating up to 9 guests.

Your stay includes your own private swimming pool, your own living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. You will not need to share any of these spaces with other guests.

There is another completely independent apartment located on the ground floor of the property. It has its own separate living areas and facilities and does not share the Penthouse’s private pool or interior spaces.

The result is the comfort of a true private residence, combined with the beauty and convenience of staying directly on the Caribbean Sea.
