BELLISSIMO NUOVO STILE DI VITA BOUTIQUE PER GODERE DEL TUO PICCOLO PARADISO. SABBIA CONDOS È LA MIGLIORE COSTRUZIONE DI CONDOMINIO IN CITTÀ. DA QUI È FACILE ACCEDERE ALLA SPIAGGIA (MAMITAS E KOOL BEACH CLUB). LA FAMOSA 5TA AVENIDA CON TUTTI I SUOI RISTORANTI È SOLO A POCHI PASSI.

    L'appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato in un vecchio edificio. La ristrutturazione è stata completata nel 2017. L'architetto è riuscito a preservare e ripristinare il vecchio fascino, aggiungendo un tocco contemporaneo.

    L'appartamento è totalmente nuovo. Mobili contemporanei. Posizione imbattibile sul centro città per vivere la vita locale. Molta luce. Pieno di carattere. Balcone. Elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile

    L'appartamento è minimalista nel design e nei mobili. Il proprietario ha messo lì solo alcune cose carine, quindi la sua famiglia si sente a proprio agio ma non sovraccarica di oggetti, quando soggiorna a Playa. Ha scelto tutto ciò che vedi nell'appartamento per far divertire la sua famiglia. Spera che piacerà anche a te.

    Il proprietario è un artista che ha progettato gli interni e decorato l'appartamento con un gusto squisito.

    Questo affascinante appartamento con due camere da letto si trova in un isolato tranquillo nel nuovo quartiere di Playa del Carmen. .

    Verranno fornite lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Il nostro bagno in comune è fornito di lavaggio iniziale del corpo, shampoo e balsamo. Non abbiamo mai avuto animali domestici nell'appartamento.

    Manteniamo sempre l'appartamento impeccabilmente pulito.

    Parcheggio: gli ospiti possono parcheggiare gratuitamente in qualsiasi strada. C'è un parcheggio all'ingresso dell'edificio gratuitamente in un parcheggio assegnato.

Seamless spotless great location

Great location near touristic but also near local amenities. Good interaction with concierge. Nice industrial design, spacious, clean. Will recommend and come again.

I prefer 5-star hotels when I travel, and in Playa del Carmen have always stayed at Hilton, or Hyatt but I was going to be in town for a while with my family and wanted something a bit larger and cheaper. However, a few years ago I tried another apartment but was very disappointed. On this trip, I was absolutely pleased. The apartment has just been fully renovated to a very high European standard, the size is massive, the furniture is new and quite comfortable, the kitchen was perfect. And the owner arranged for daily cleaning at a very low charge - which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated. This apartment compares well, in some ways better, than the 5-star hotels. The apartment had been beautifully renovated. A new king size bed in main room provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Large 55 inch flat screen tv provided a comfy night in. Spa bath in main bathroom was lovely. Easy flat 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping. Extremely quite wake to sounds of birds. Will definitely be back loved the apartment.

Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the service the agent provided, the apartment had problems that never were fixed. 1) poor internet, and ONLY in the living room because of concrete walls; they need repeaters2) oven never worked; requested service 2 different times.3) drinking water deliver was spotty. Not sure why they did'nt provide an extra with each delivery.Nice location. Comfortable beds. NOISY dogs in apartment above; dogs woke us up several nights. GOOD location. The company who managed the property were polite and professional; only thing was they never sent anyone to fix the over (after a quirky event where it worked for 3 mins)

Reviewer Comments: PM arranged for a pick up and we were dropped off at the wrong address and had to wait over an hour before we were picked up a redirected to the this condo. Trying calling Luna and the customer service number only to be disconnected MANY times. This was not a great onboarding to say the least.

It was clean and we had weekly cleaning provided. The management company was available by email for any requests for water refill etc. We did totally enjoy the restraunts 5 star in proximity and laundry facility just minutes away. A short walk to the beach and of course the famous 5th Avenue. Location was a key factor for our choice and this met all requirements.
