Perfect vacation in a great location condo propert

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect centrally located Thai style living inspired Condo property with great amenities. We had a great experience staying over the Christmas break. The whole property is built for luxurious experience. The Condo where we stayed was clean and in great well maintained shape but if I have to nit pick here are some very minor fixes:Shower head splashes, silicone at the bottom of the glass wall because water goes to the toilet side while shower, some electrical outlets. Again this is just me nit picking. Overall highly rated experience and would stay here again and also Concierge service of Playa Moments was top notch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: i have stayed in this property many times and loved it, but this time was the most dissapointing. Our unit was not facing Calle 28 as I had booked, it faced a back alley that had a noisy "day beach Club" entrance across from our balcony. we could not sit on the balcony as there was no view and many workers on the street all day. The unit was not cleaned properly. I had to wash all the dishes before we could use them. The cleaning service did not clean the counters on both visits. Daniel (the representative from Playa Moments was very helpful and friendly.) I payed extra to have a nice balcony; it was not worth the money. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time the shower was used, as well as the shower head did not work well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want a party scene that is run down and the pool isn't clean this is the place for you. Also, you need to pay 450 pesos a day to use the beach. Although, you get the money back if you purchase food from beach area. Every night I woke up from loud people outside our place. Your balcony view is dumpsters and another hotel. Also, the scuba shop next to you drops off their oxygen tanks early every morning so you hear that as well. Don't forget if you have neighbors you can hear everything from footsteps upstairs to conversations next door. I told management that I was going to be writing this review and he didn't seemed to be surprised at all. The room itself doesn't feel clean at all. There was construction at our hotel at the pool area and each property around us had construction all day. Then the club music starts around 11AM.

Perfect location to beach, food, shopping. The pool alone sells the place for me with an awesome swim up bar with food service! My only minor complaint would be that you have to check in with the rental company not the hotel itself which can be a little inconvenient on vacation. We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: el hotel para el precio no cuenta con grandes servicios, como un gym bueno, servicios en comun, ni restaurant... mal servicio de ayuda y de los que te dejan las llaves, teniendo mala voluntad, nos robaron una toalla en la alberca al estar bañandonos y tuvimos que nosotros pagarla, me parece absurdo si es un robo que sucede en las dependencias del hotel... 0 camaras, etc.

Amazing layout to this hotel, would much rather stay here than some expensive chain. Concierge responds immediately for any questions you have. We are already planning our trip back to Aldea Thai.
