Steps from Martina Beach Club and top restaurants like Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, and The Pitted Date. The neighborhood blends bohemian charm with a relaxed beach vibe—ideal for strolling, dining, and people-watching



Getting Around:

Everything’s within walking distance! The beach is just 3 minutes away, and taxis or bikes are easy to find on 5th Avenue. Nearby colectivos connect you to cenotes, Tulum, and Akumal. Safe, central, and vibrant—perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya



Other Things to Note:

- Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Basic cooking items (salt, oil, pepper) available upon request before 5:00 PM

- Cleaning is not included

- Extra cleaning, towel & linen changes available upon request (24h notice)

- Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.

- Please take care of towels and linens (no makeup removal or floor use to avoid extra charges)

- Travel crib available ($5 USD per night, minimum charge 3 nights) Must be requested in advance (subject to availability)

- Laundry detergent is not included. You can buy it from us through the guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (USD 5 per pack of 3 pods), or bring your own. During your stay, orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the following day.

We’re available 24/7 for emergencies. Our guest support team is online and happy to help via message daily from 9:00 AM to midnight. After midnight, please reach out only in case of urgent matters or emergencies — we’ll be here if you need us!
