    Uno dei modi migliori per godere la natura è quello di visitare la Riviera Maya, un 120 km linea di riva con spettacolare paesaggio. Questa zona, che si estende da Puerto Morelos attraverso Carrillo Puerto (nel cuore della Biosfera di Sian Ka'an Riserva) a Punta Allen, è piena di attrazioni. Playa del Secreto, Playa del Carmen, Xcaret, Puerto Aventuras, grotte Aktun Chen, Xel-Ha e Tulum. Two Bedroom Condo in Playa

Great condo with plenty of living space. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals making our stay worry free. Each bedroom had lots of pillows and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop pool was kept clean with great views of playa and the private jetted tub was a pleasant surprise! Highly recommended!

Great location plus amenities

I recently stayed at this incredible VRBO property and had an amazing time! The unit was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities were top-notch – the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals, the comfortable living areas were ideal for unwinding after a long day, and the spacious bedrooms ensured a restful night’s sleep.The best part of this rental, however, is its location! It’s just a stone’s throw away from the beach, so we could easily walk down and enjoy the beautiful shoreline anytime we wanted. Additionally, there are tons of fun entertainment options nearby, from great restaurants to shopping and local attractions, all within a short distance.Overall, this place offered the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway with everything at your fingertips!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed , ac unit would not work properly and cool below 77 degrees . The dishwasher didn’t work either, and the WC was also not working properly. Tiles missing from the bathrooms, no way to close the blinds in one of the rooms because they were broken. The location was good but I ended up staying at a hotel just because it was impossible to sleep there at night .. I really can’t see how Marriott would allow this property to be under their name . No one provided us with the apartment number , property company said I should get it from Marriott . No proper instructions about the property other than in a 24 hour window before checking in .

No air conditioning or water pressure

The first two days of our stay were fine, though the water pressure was so low showering took forever and washing the dishes was difficult. Then our air conditioning stopped working. Our contact told us he would “report this” and that was the last we heard. We ended up booking a hotel room across the street as sleeping was near impossible in that loud neighborhood with the windows open, and closing the windows was impossible in an 85 degree condo. Additionally we asked for a partial refund and were ignored.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You will get no sleep here as there is a bar opposite on the second floor (and you are on the third floor) which plays loud thudding music from 4pm until 3am. If you look on google maps before you book, it says it is a restaurant but it is bar with live DJs.The apartment was dirty, there were broken items in the kitchen (so be sure to check everything as you may not get your deposit back), we had to wait in the apartment for a couple of afternoons for the maintenance to come and fix things like lights, broken patio doors, leaking shower.We asked to be moved and the concierge asked his manager (who lives in Buenos Aires and probably doesn’t have a clue how bad the situation is) and they would not move us. They would not give us a refund so that we could use the money to pay for another apartment. We ended up moving out and paying out more money for alternative accommodation.They do not care once they have your money.There was also no water supply or electricity supply for 2 nights. The concierge said it was “not their fault” – I guess that’s OK then?!!!!! We couldn’t get a shower, go the toilet, get in the electric front door until someone walked out. It was a very unpleasant tortuous stay.

What is most important is that the owner of the building should put a ramp on the stairs coming in and out of the pool. The first time I went to the pool, when I came out with wet feet, I fell down and slid all the stairs on my back and really hurt myself in many places of my body. The worst were my lower back and my coccyx that still hurt after more than 3 weeks. I did not report it to Matu the concierge because it has nothing to do with him but only the owner of the building. It is really against the law to have stairs without a ramp coming out of a pool. I could have sued you if I had chosen. This is why I cannot recommend anyone to go back to your hotel. LISE BOURBEAU

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo that has everything you need for a vacation. The towels and beach towels were provided, which was great. The decor is updated, modern looking. We had a wonderful time, enjoying sunshine, relaxing on the beach and enjoying the restaurants.Overall condo is taken care and is in good shape. No tourist guide with recommendations/ suggestions were in the condo. I am an old soul that looks through that in addition to an internet resources and my own research.The reservation process was easy and prompt.No instructions were provided 24 hours before arrival about checking process.However, was contacted by property management about the time of arrival as we were walking to the condo. Someone promptly brought the keys within 10-15 minutes.Would highly suggest to property management company to improve check in and check out process by utilizing online form signing and providing printed or online instructions beforehand. We did not know how to turn the cooktop, where to dispose the trash. I was irritated by property management representatives requesting to meet in person to sign the documentation, and then not coming, and the second appointment was no show/ no call at all. Then they keep calling and texting me trying to make another appointment to meet. Property management company needs to realize that I cherish my time on vacation, and my priority is relaxing and family time, not running back to condo to meet the representative after two no show appointments.The same recommendation is about the check out process. Asked for instructions, received none, and was asked for an appointment to meet.Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend the condo and the area. Thankful for the opportunity to travel and experience Playa del Carmen outside of all inclusive resort.

Central, Spacious Condo with Roof top pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very central location just off 5th Ave. which may be too noisy if you are an early sleeper. Very close to Sr. Frogs who pump loud music quite late. If that's not a problem, it's great. The condo was spacious and modern but could use a refresh. Large TV with capability to use Netflix etc. although we didn't even turn it on. Large 5 gallon water jug supplied. We didn't eat in so not sure about the stove functionality. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Two doubles in the large bedroom with on-suite and one king in a smaller room with separate bath. Beautiful roof top pool with ocean views. Workers were painting and sprucing up the outside. We otherwise had the pool to ourselves. One block to beach and right in the middle of the action on 5th. Bedroom sliders didn't really close/lock but we felt safe on the 3rd floor. We would stay again. Our concierge Luciano was very responsive and helpful.

Reviewer Comments: We spent our week-end at infinito and enjoyed it sooo much! the apartment was delivered before check-in time by one the reprsentative who explained us all we need to know to use everything and gave us some tips on where to go, eat out and more over.. We loved the cleanliness of the apartment and the fresh and soft linens they provided us, was such a pleasure to rest there! The location is 5 stars, only a corner to the famous 5ta avenida and less than 2 mins to the beach access. We highly recommend this management and this condo for its convenience in price and amenitites! we'll be back soon!

They sent us all instructions for a zero-contact self check-in and got in touch at any moment to make sure we had all needed during our stay! We are happy to choose them again in the future!

Reviewer Comments: El departamento se encuentra en una zona muy céntrica de Playa a una esquina de la famosa Quinta Avenida y a pocos pasos del acceso a la playa pública, lo que es lo más que uno pueda pedir en sus vacaciones. EL edificio es muy lindo y bien cuidado con camastros en la azotea donde puedes disfrutar de hermosas vistas y de la briza del atardecer. Nuestro departamento además contaba con una pequeña terraza privada en la azotea con jacuzzi, que fue el lugar donde nos quedamos más tiempo disfrutando del sol y de una copa de vino en las noches. La atención del personal fue de primera, se comunicaron con nosotros antes de nuestra llegada para coordinar todos los detalles de nuestra estadía y nos recibieron directamente en el edificio ofreciéndonos un lugar en el estacionamiento lo cual fue muy bueno contando que rentamos un auto en el aeropuerto. El espacio está muy bien equipado y limpio, tuvimos todo lo necesario para cocinar, toallas de baño y de alberca y una conexión a internet muy rápida que nos ayudó para planear nuestras excursiones y estar en contacto con nuestros familiares.Sin duda volveremos a Playa y contactaremos a Playa Moments para que nos consienta nuevamente!

Simple centrally located condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had reviewed the listing and settled on the location being great, which it was perfect in terms of location. The Jacuzzi sounded nice but never worked. The unit is advertised as a penthouse – it is not. It is on the 3rd floor and on the 4th floor is a common pool and each unit has a patio space on the rooftop. The condo was ok at best. The AC in one room never worked and only cooled by recirculating cooled air from the other 2 units. We had to request wash cloths, and only after the 4th day did we get the promised second key to the building, upon arrive we received 2 condo keys but only 1 to the building, each day we were told they would get us one, only not receive anything nor was the AC or Jacuzzi ever fixed. The building door was locked all during the day but at night there was a doorman so we managed. We travel twice a year and rent condos like this normally, one thing missing was spices, extra towels, TP, detergent, paper towels... We had to make a shopping trip to get a dish towel, dish detergent, dish rag, paper towels, toilet paper, salt, etc. I suppose the unit was a pure rental and the owner never stayed there because it was surely bare bones. Given the chance, I would stay in the building but not that unit. So if you want to be in the center of 5th Ave and a couple blocks from the beach – it is great for that – if you want a cool restful night of sleep consider other options. One final note – the restaurant across the street has live music Friday nights that plays until 2AM – even with the shutters closed you can hear the music.

Nice apartment and location but no service at all

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything looked great on internet when we booked, also when we checked-in with the "supposed" concierge. Nice bedrooms with private bathrooms, ideal for 1 couple and two children, large kitchen/living-room area to relax near by the 5th avenue but really quiet. The swimming pool on the rooftop allows the view on the sea, great deal to relax there. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn't working and even if it was promised to be fixed, no one answered our requests during the entire stay (12 days). Once a big storm flooded part of the kitchen and one bathroom, no one answered when we asked for at least floor cloths. No advices or coupons given as promised on the app, let's conclude that you don't get what you are paying for. The place is good but we couldn't enjoy all of it due to the total absence of the support/service : not worth it. We were explained On our last day that the initial concierge had been fired because of many complaints... Seemed to us a little easy to come with this so lately but still, let's see what happens next.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones amplias y él área de la alberca muy bonita. Solo tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y se lo hicimos saber a nuestra hostess Fernanda quien inmediatamente le puso solución, Fernanda nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda alguna una muy agradable experiencia que sin duda alguna repetiríamos con ustedes.

Playa Moments did a great job making contact, checking us in, answering questions, and checking us out. I will definitely use them for another trip to Mexico.This particular unit was nice, but not what I would call a "penthouse" as advertised. The bedrooms were small, and there were no advantages in renting this unit. It is true there is a private jacussi on the roof, but all units had one.

Reviewer Comments: The description of the unit being a penthouse jacuzzi suite is a little bit miss leading , the unit is on the 3rd floor with three other suites and the jacuzzi is on the roof top . As for the suite in general it was very clean and well equipt . The suite is located in a busy part of Playa so it can be quite noisy at night ,but like I said its a great location for the beach and 5th ave. Marco was a very good conciege

Reviewer Comments: La experiencia con la renta del apartamento fue satisfactoria, muy lindo, muy bien ubicado, tranquilo y buena atención del concierge; excepto porque las personas del aseo nos extrajeron dinero de la caja fuerte, ya que al parecer descuidadamente no la cerramos bien, sin embargo no era razón para que quienes tienen acceso escudriñaran en nuestras pertenencias. Adicionalmente otros detalles menores: el elevador estuvo dañado varios días y el aire acondicionado no tenia la suficiente potencia en algunos lugares del apartamento.

However, it is noisier here than more remote locations.I would describe the unit as functional rather than luxurious - designed as a rental. Some minor items - garbage cans, fry pan, etc. needed replacement -agent said they would.The agent, PlayaMoments was excellent with quick response right from time of booking and dealing with a couple of problems.Try walking up Constitution (one block south) to 30th Ave (5 blocks.) Look for restaurants with a lineup of mostly locals waiting to get in. More authentic, totally safe, a nice break from the (good) tourist food on 5th Avenue.
