“The staff was amazing! Consider this place a home away from home! Maria, Antonio and Citlaly were amazing! Always assisted us in booking a taxi! Helped do research on places we wanted to visit, would offer us assistance on any and everything. Food was amazing! Views were gorgeous, you’re walking distance from water taxis. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive from zona romantica, which is where more of the city life is. So just be considerate of how much you’ll be paying in taxis roughly $25 usd one...

The room had significant mold issues, including mold around the air conditioning unit and even inside the curtains. The outdated A/C system appeared to create constant condensation, which seemed to circulate mold throughout the room. We reported the problem to several staff members.
