“We need someone to help people all the time. It is because when I entered the building, it was empty and I did not have any communication with anyone. We were also waiting for someone to give us the keys to our room, but then someone helped us because that knows the families. Also the Internet and Wifi was very poorly because we had 2 hours and we lost the signal. Also we did not know the password, and no information always appears.”

“Beautiful property with amazing views and wonderful staff. Just note that there’s active construction, so daytime noise is noticeable. My room also needed upgrades. The shower pressure was low and the AC made a loud thumping noise. Still, I enjoyed my stay overall, and I’m sure the hotel will be even better once renovations are complete.”

Parking could be cramped and you would be best leaving your keys at the front so they can move cars around as needed. The water from the faucets stunk like rotten eggs every time you ran it. “Spacious and stylish villa with a relaxing pool and many lounge areas. Private and secure. Felt very safe and comfortable. A short walk to El Sunzal surf break. One of the nicest pools in the area from what we observed. It has seat in the pool where you can relax and watch the surf. John was friendly and responsive to our needs. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this place!”
