“Disappointing experience here - I hate to leave bad reviews but this is one of the first times I've stayed somewhere and hoped to be refunded in full or partially. “This isn’t a hotel. It’s a Restaraunt/event space that has a few rooms. Guest services are non-existent. I never saw anyone at the “front desk” during the five days I was here. Was unable to get any issues with my room (there were several) fixed. Any staff I did see (mostly security) don’t speak English and didn’t seem to be able to follow my limited Spanish. “The room was clean only missed a thicker blanket jus because the a/c was running all night and couldn’t turn it off we were only given a thin bed sheet, the garden is nice and the breakfast was perfect. ”

The parking would be helpful if is paved because the road is already not, overall the place is cute, great view of the sea, the room was clean, if they keep up with updates this hotel can be a perfect stay.(The room where I stayed was small perfect for one person maybe 2, you can make it work)”

“Loved the bungalow! Perfect for our one night stay. Downfalls were no hot water, the pool wasn’t clean, & the rocks between the place & the ocean. We are young, but I’m sure an older couple would struggle to get from the place to the beach. We loved the vibes of this place. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Air conditioning worked great. ”

“Such a great experience! The place is spotless and the staff makes you feel right at home. Everything was top-notch; I'd only suggest upgrading the curtains for better privacy and light control, but I would definitely stay here again.”

“This property was amazing, cleanliness was amazing, host is very attentive as well as the workers there throughout the day. Very quiet area, great food spots within walking distance. The only issue I did have was arriving to property it was confusing with construction on the main road but other than that the experience at this property was a 10/10 and would highly recommend! ”

“Amazing views, however you will need a vehicle to get around. It is not walking distance to Sunset Park as stated on the website. You can technically walk to El Tunco but be ready to break a sweat. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay away from the noise this is the spot for you. Food was excellent and the staff waextremely nice and helpful. ”
